Most Allbirds styles come in whole sizes only. If you are a half size, select your nearest whole size—or size up if between sizes [citation:3][citation:7].

How to Measure Your Feet

Prepare

Stand on a piece of paper with your heel against a wall. Wear the socks you plan to wear with your new shoes.

Mark & Measure

Mark the tip of your longest toe and the back of your heel. Measure the distance between the two marks in centimeters.

Compare

Match your foot length to the cm column in the chart above. If between sizes, size up for a roomier fit.

Check Product Page

Some styles (like the Courier) run small. Always check the specific product page for fit notes before ordering [citation:11].

Fit Note: Allbirds shoes fit true to size for most customers. If you have wide feet or are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for all styles [citation:1][citation:4].

Remember that Allbirds are unisex. You can easily cross over between women’s and men’s sizing—for example, a women’s 11 corresponds roughly to a men’s 8 or 9 [citation:1][citation:9].

If you are still unsure, check the customer reviews and the specific size guide on each product page, as fit can vary slightly by style [citation:3][citation:11].
